This two-storey building was originally built in 1944. Due to the age and nature of the building it required to be upgraded and conform to all building code requirements.   

The design is defined by the original roots and structure of the building.  Raw elements were repurposed or maintained in the space to honor the heritage of the building.

The open space on both floors allows for the Client to  display the natural essence of gardening and landscaping.
