KIMCO engaged us to re-design their current office.  The primary design goal was to optimize the flow of natural light throughout the entire length of the office. To achieve this, we incorporated demountable glazed partitions, allowing light to penetrate deeper into the workspace while maintaining privacy. Raw materiality was used throughout to create a modern and warm environment. The client requested that all furniture be integrated into the overall design package, ensuring a cohesive and unified space where form and function come together seamlessly.
