With over 15 years of expertise in the interior design industry, Andrea brings a natural talent for design and a deep passion for construction. She finds joy in leading teams and fostering the growth of thriving businesses. As the driving force behind every project at Atelier Collective, Andrea embraces the challenge of creating meaningful, purposeful spaces daily.
Throughout her career, Andrea has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in managing projects of all sizes. She specializes in evaluating and optimizing buildings with tenants in mind, ensuring designs are flexible, efficient, and appealing to prospective occupants. By translating client needs into cohesive, thoughtfully crafted layouts, she delivers functional solutions infused with creative flair—achieving a balance between innovation and practicality.
Andrea excels in attention to detail, transforming complex and custom designs into buildable elements. Her passion for an ever-evolving industry keeps her continuously learning and adapting to emerging trends and technologies. As the President of the Okanagan Society of Interior Designers and a member of the Interior Designers Institute of BC, Andrea actively participates in design meetings, events, and collaborations with consultants and product representatives. She also finds inspiration in building relationships with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Korynn Kroeskamp
Interior Designer

Korynn is a passionate interior designer who believes that good design is a harmonious intersection of art and science. With over 10 years in the design industry and 15 years in the construction industry, she has gained expertise across interior design, graphic design, building trades, and the arts, with a focus on commercial projects and sustainable building practices.
Korynn designs with intention and her approach is rooted in an understanding of how the built environment influences human behavior. She has worked on a variety of notable projects, each reflecting her unique style and thoughtful consideration of client needs. She is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of interior design, ensuring that every project tells a story while remaining practical and inviting.
Brooke Richardson
Interior Designer
ADIDT
As a recent graduate of the College for Arts and Technology, where she earned an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design, she brings a fresh perspective rooted in both creativity and research-driven understanding.
Before pursuing design, Brooke completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, giving her a strong foundation in how people think, behave, and interact with their surroundings. That insight fuels her passion for creating environments that feel safe, supportive, and purposeful; spaces that help people thrive.
Brooke approaches every project with intention and a belief that design should elevate the day-to-day experience. She strives to create interiors that are not only visually engaging but deeply attuned to the needs and well-being of the people who use them. Thoughtful and people-focused, she is dedicated to shaping spaces that foster connection, clarity, and a genuine sense of belonging.
